Diablo Soccer’s mission is to develop and deliver the premier youth recreational soccer program for all boys and girls ages 4½ to 18 living in the Concord, Clayton and surrounding communities in a fun & safe family environment based on AYSO philosophies: Everyone Plays - Balanced Teams - Open Registration - Positive Coaching - Good Sportsmanship Mt. Diablo Soccer was chartered as Region 223 of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) in August 1980. During the fall 2008 season Mt. Diablo Soccer fielded over 120 teams for a record total of more than 1,300 players.
